Shipping and delivery times:

Orders placed on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.  Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the next business day. If there is a problem with the supply, we will contact you within 24 hours.

We use Australia Post, Sendle or Fastway Couriers and delivery time is dependent on your location.  We can ship internationally.

Please note express post will not guarantee next day delivery as we are in a rural area.

Shipping costs are calculated on total size, weight and delivery address for the package.

Discounts can be offered on a single order with multiple boards. Contact Us directly with your order.

If there is permission to leave, please note that when placing your order.

Refunds / Guarantee

All our products are quality checked prior to dispatch. We provide a manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects for six months.

We provide Care Instructions with each food boards and recommend that board is maintained as per our instructions.  We do not refund on lack of care.

We will refund all moneys on return of product if not satisfied within 7 days, however we will not refund if you change your mind.

If your order is not correct or damaged Contact Us via email outlining the issue and attach photos.

Disclaimer

We undertake to supply our food boards described on our website to the closest size described.  All the boards are hand shaped and handmade so will vary in size.

Each Australian Camphor Laurel Timber board comes in a range of colour and characteristics. If you have a preference Contact Us directly.

Terms & Conditions

All prices are in $AUD (Australian Dollars) with GST included.

Payment is needed by credit card, direct debit or cheque. Goods are dispatched at time of full payment.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by logging into their account.
